This subject provides understanding of child development, how it affects learning of children and how to support this.
Learners will be able to understand the social and emotional factors that impact on child development as well as how to use strategies to support and develop a child’s learning.
There is a wide range of general academic and vocationally related courses in Child Development and Well Being which include Level 1 – 3 courses at Further Education Level as well as Level 4 – 8 courses at High Education Level.
