Receiving Your Offer Letter

When your offer is made, it is stated as either conditional or unconditional. You must follow certain requirements and processes to complete the offer.

You can receive following decisions

1Unconditional offer

Your university, college or language school is offering you a place and satisfied you have already met all the entry requirements for your programme. If you accept this unconditional offer, your institution must provide a place. The provider may add an expiry date at least 14 days in the future, as a deadline for you to reply to the offer.

2Conditional offer

Your university, college or language school is offering you a place with conditions. In order to take up your place you must fulfil the conditions that have been applied to your offer. These may include satisfying academic conditions, providing English language test results and/or degree results, or attendance at pre-sessional courses or other non-academic entry requirements.

To fulfil the condition(s) you must send official documentary proof of your final degree mark or test scores, or attend the specified summer school or pre-sessional courses.

All conditions must be met in full before you will be able to register for your programme.

3Unsuccessful

Your chosen university, college or language school is unable to offer you a place – it can give a reason with its decision. If no reason is given, you can contact us to ask why you were unsuccessful.

4Interview

Replying to your offers

Accept

You want to accept the Offer.

Decline

What happens next ?

If you are unable to attend the programme for the academic year specified in your offer letter, please inform your Admissions Office. Contact details are stated in your offer letter. If you wish to defer for more than one year, you will need to submit a new application to reapply for admissions.
