Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership

Course is made of 8 units, and each unit has 20 credits in value. These units have been designed from a learning time perspective, and are expressed in terms of Total Qualification Time (TQT). TQT is an estimate of the total amount of time that could reasonably be expected to be required for a learner to achieve and demonstrate the achievement of the level of attainment necessary for the award of a qualification.

You will study the following eight units in six months.

Month 1  -  Unit 01- Leadership Qualities and Practice
Month 1 -  Unit 02 - Personal Leadership Development as a Strategic Manager
Month 2 -  Unit 03 - Strategy Development in Cross Border and Global Organisations
Month 2 -  Unit 04 -Strategic Planning in Cross Border and Global Organisations
Month 3 -  Unit 05 - Strategic Direction in Cross Border and Global Organisations
Month 4 -  Unit 06 - Strategic Communication
Month 4 -  Unit 07 - Culture and its Impact on Strategy
Month 5 -  Unit 08 - Research Methods
Month 6 -  Qualification Certificate and Transcript will be awarded to Students

The methods for assessing student performance are through an assignment of each module to evaluate different aspects of learning outcomes. Learner may also be asked to write a Business Report covering the all learning objectives.

Students should produce valid, sufficient, and authentic evidence of all the assessment criteria.

In order to pass a unit, a learner must achieve 50% marks in each assignment.

Your Assessors will plan, gather and then assess learner’s evidence according to RQF level descriptors’ requirements and on the basis of Pass/Fail criteria. These will be made available for internal moderation to the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) before we will confirm your final grade.

• You’ll need a Master degree or equivalent in a related subject area.
• If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.0 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification.
