Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership is an international recognised qualification, created to develop and reward the business managers of today and the future, and to continue to bring recognition and professionalism to the management sectors. The Level 7 programme will require Learners to critically evaluate, challenge and synthesise a wide range of current management tools, techniques and models. The emphasis placed on current management concepts and models is on those that are relevant to the 21st-century business environment and context and goes beyond the normal examination of Anglo American management models.
The overall structure of the course is based on 8 mandatory modules that cover a number of topics relating to learning outcomes. Each unit has 15 credits. Learners will be invited to attend lectures and workshops that will introduce the subject matter. Learners must complete all units successfully and achieve 120 credits before the Diploma can be issued.

Month 2 - Unit 03 - Leading a Strategic Management Project
Month 2 - Unit 04 - Strategic Direction
Month 3 - Unit 05 - Strategic Planning
Month 3 - Unit 06 - Development as a Strategic Manager
Month 4 - Unit 07 - Finance for Managers or Human Resource Planning
Month 5 - Unit 08 - Strategic Marketing or Organisational Change Strategies
Month 6 - Qualification Certificate and Transcript will be awarded to Students
The methods for assessing student performance are through an assignment of each module to evaluate different aspects of learning outcomes.
Students should produce valid, sufficient, and authentic evidence of all the assessment criteria.
In order to pass a unit, a learner must achieve 50% marks in each assignment.
Your Assessors will plan, gather and then assess learner’s evidence according to RQF level descriptors’ requirements and on the basis of Pass/Fail criteria. These will be made available for internal moderation to the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) before we will confirm your final grade.
