Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law Leading to LLM

Students are required to complete only six units to achieve 120 credits.

• Commercial Trust Law (20 credits)
• Industrial and Intellectual Property Law (20 credits)
• Law of Financial Crimes (20 credits)
• Company Law (20 credits)
• Legal Research and Research Methods (20 credits)
• Corporate Governance – Principles and Practices (20 credits)

The methods for assessing student performance are through an assignment of each module to evaluate different aspects of learning outcomes.

In order to pass a unit, a learner must achieve 50% marks in each assignment.

Main

• You’ll need a qualifications at Level 6 or equivalent in a related subject area and/or;
• Learners who have work experience in legal sector and/or;
• Learners who possess a level 6 qualification in another discipline and want to develop their careers in business.
• If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 5.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification.
