Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management has been designed to meet the needs of senior/middle managers in the running of their businesses and to facilitate their progression to high levels within their organisation. Managers need to be aware of issues, able to analyse their potential outcomes and consequences and decide how to react. They do not have to be expert in all areas of business, but they need to possess a general awareness of what specialist facilities and services exist, and how they can assist in carrying out that role. The programme includes contemporary topics reflecting key issues within the 21st – century business environment as well as the latest developments in management research.
The Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management focuses upon developing understanding, skills and abilities to equip the Learner with the awareness and aptitudes to be an effective human resource manager and leader.
You will study the following six units and achieve 120 credits at the end of the qualification.
Month 1 - Unit 01 - Contemporary HRM
Month 1 - Unit 02 - Leading, Managing and HR Development
Month 2 - Unit 03 - Resourcing, Talent Management and Development
Month 3 - Unit 04 - Performance Management
Month 4 - Unit 05 - Employee Relations
Month 5 - Unit 06 - Investigating a Business Issue from an HR Perspective
Month 6 - Qualification Certificate and Transcript are Awarded to Students
The methods for assessing student performance are through an assignment of each module to evaluate different aspects of learning outcomes.
Students should produce valid, sufficient, and authentic evidence of all the assessment criteria.
In order to pass a unit, a learner must achieve 50% marks in each assignment.
Your Assessors will plan, gather and then assess learner’s evidence according to RQF level descriptors’ requirements and on the basis of Pass/Fail criteria. These will be made available for internal moderation to the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) before we will confirm your final grade.
