The qualification has been created to develop those learners who are looking to choose or already have chosen, a career in a business-related sector. It is envisaged that this programme will encourage both academic and professional development so that your learners move forward to realise not just their own potential but also that of organisations across a broad range of sectors. The rationale of the programme is to provide a career path for learners who wish to develop their core capabilities within the cyber security sector.
There are mandatory units for this qualification. Each unit has the equivalency of 10 credits. Learners are required to complete the six mandatory units to achieve the 60 credits.

Week 5-8 - Mobile Device and Data Risks
Week 5-8 - Investigations and Incident Response
Week 9-12 - Investigations and Incident Response
Week 10-14 - EU GDPR and Data Security
Week 16 - Qualification Certificate and Transcript are Awarded to Students
The methods for assessing student performance are through an assignment of each module to evaluate different aspects of learning outcomes.
In order to pass a unit, a learner must achieve 50% marks in each assignment.

A Level 3 qualification in another discipline and who want to develop their careers in business management and/or risk management.
If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certificated level of proficiency of at least IELTS 5.5 ( Academic level) or equivalent English Language qualification.
If you don't meet our English language requirements, we offer a range of courses which could help you achieve the level required for entry.
